Every year The Zebra Partnership leads on the Manchester City Council Walk for Women and International Women's Day Festival. Managing Director, Carol Ann Whitehead, was a former part time ACC lecturer and a couple of years ago she set up how ACC students can be involved by creating a team with three of the ACC pathways. Events, Media and Music. There are opportunities to perform, manage the sound and film the event.

Festival Republic is looking for students to help at their music festivals over the holidays. They have shows from May to September and once you register, you can sign up to work at as many or as few as you’d like. There are both paid and volunteer roles available so you can choose whether you’d like to rack up the hours to top up your bank account or would rather volunteer before the music starts and then spend the weekend reaping the rewards.
